CABINET MAKER/JOINER

Our Cabinet Makers play a pivotal role in the success of our business. We require experienced and diligent tradespeople to create quality joinery in our CNC factory. Preparing and assembling components, you’ll take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team. This is a factory-based role that may include some travel.

DUTIES

• Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery.

• Reading plans and assessing detailed items

• Follow our procedure in correspondence and ensure that production meets the schedule.

• Liaise with team members, foreman and machinist

• Confident in problem-solving.

• Safely operate machinery, equipment, and hand power tools

• Use software systems to track and improve processes

• Conduct quality compliance and safety checks

• Ensure tidy work area, working with LEAN principles and following company policies

• Regular training on factory flow fundamentals

• Maintaining 5S
